Oppermann recognized for excellence – twice!

With two awards in tow, the management of Oppermann Regelgeräte GmbH returned from the awards ceremony “LüKK Trust Prize” on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the cci Dialog GmbH.

On June 22nd, in front of 200 invited guests, the “Trust Prize” of the HVAC industry was awarded for the first time. Seventy manufacturers had competed in the vote by specialist planners, plant manufacturers and operators.

The prize concept is new for the industry. Existing awards judge products, systems, or design, but not customer satisfaction. The Trust Prize from LüKK takes a completely different approach. It simply asks customers about their satisfaction with the technology and products. In four additional questions, they are asked about non-technological matters, such as the quality of counseling and service. And then the last and most important question: Would you recommend the company to others?

Oppermann Regelgeräte participated in the categories Fire Protection Components and Systems and MSR Components, and received awards in both categories. We are, of course, delighted about the awards and want to thank you, our customers, for placing your confidence in us. And we are especially proud of our employees, without whom we would have never received these awards.
