  SENSO-X® with Oppermann NFC® – get smart

image In our last Newsletter we got you interested in our new differential pressure and volume flow transmitter SENSO-X®. Thanks to Oppermann NFC®, they can be configured quickly, easily, and without a power source. This is especially useful when you want to parameterize several units before installation. Simply hold the NFC Reader/Writer up to your unit, and you’re set.

New OPP-ROOM® CO2 - Air Quality Sensor
Demand-Based Ventilation Control

The new OPP-ROOM®CO2, temperature and humidity transducers are used primarily in school and public buildings for demand-based control of the ventilation system. In addition to the room temperature and relative humidity, the transmitters record the carbon dioxide content of the air in ppm (parts per million) and transmit these readings to a building automation system for controlling the ventilation system.

image In addition, optionally, brightness and presence can also be detected. You can have as many as 5 metrics in one device.

The new generation of CO2 sensors is remarkably innovative. Unlike traditional methods, they make use of highly energy efficient LED technology in combination with a reference photodiode. A quantum leap with 50% less power consumption, even longer product life, faster response and better stability in harsh environments.

The new transducers are also available as a Modbus or BACnet version.

They are available immediately.

„Connected to“ – Wago e!Cockpit

image With „Connected to…“ we offer you links to ready-to-use Modbus function libraries of various DDC providers, which allow a simple, fast and cost-saving integration of our sensors with Modbus RTU interface using standard communication modules.

For e!COCKPIT, the integrated development environment from WAGO, there is also a complete library available now. This is already included in your DDC delivery. A pdf documentation of the current version can be found under the following link. For further updates and patches for e!COCKPIT (including our new Senso-X and our CO2 transmitters) please contact WAGO support.

The building blocks for the Wago Codesys generation have also been expanded. The current download link can also be found here: Modbus-libraries „Connected to…“

We are continuing to further expand our sales team. Planning support is our newest addition to sales.

Herr HentschelFrom now on, Jürgen Henschel will support sales colleagues Rainer Noack (Eastern Region) Arne Blechschmidt (Northern Region) and Frank Schipper (Western Region) by explicitly dealing with planners’ concerns and with the acquisition of larger projects. He will provide support to planners using our products in existing and new buildings as of the earliest conceptual phases.
